General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (the Terms) constitute the general terms and conditions for the sale of onsite or online  of the Faywards. They apply, without amendment or restriction, to all products and services made available from time to time by the Faywards.

Faywards reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to vary, amend or modify these Terms at any time and without notice.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Methods of Payment,Card Types accepted and Currency

All prices of any goods and services being provided at the Faywards are subject to change at its absolute discretion without notice. If the prices are changed, the prices applicable at the time of purchase of the products and services will apply.

• The only currency accepted  payment in the Faywards is the United States Dollars 

• We accept payments online though Paypal .

• Taxes and VAT will be applicable based on Dubai laws.

• The online purchase of the  products and/ or services, must be made by credit card. Purchases will be charged in United States Dollars.

The buyer's bank account will be debited once only by the Faywards via its secure payment site for the total amount of the  products and/or services purchased by the buyer and only when the buyer has registered in accordance with the online procedure on the Faywards’s website.

Delivery & Shipping Policy 

Faywards will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Products are delivered only inside UAE at present. Faywards shall make every reasonable effort to meet quoted/ acknowledged delivery dates but shall not be liable in any manner for failure to meet such dates. The agreed delivery dates and time shall always be approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances.Time shall not be of the essence for the purpose of delivery. Products delivered, are strictly not returnable.

Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Cancellation & Replacement/ Refund/ Return Policy 

No refund will be made after the payment for the purchase of the products and/or services ,is received by the Faywards. If exceptional circumstances apply, refund request must be submitted in writing, with all supporting documentation, to faywards2022@gmail.com.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and will be construed    

in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai
